Dear Issaquah Little League Neighbors,
The Issaquah Little League has embarked on an ambitious plan to promote the participation of our youth in sports activities, specifically Little League baseball and softball. As part of this effort, we are reaching out to the Issaquah business community and offering advertising/sponsorship opportunities as a means to support our growing organization.
Our organization was founded in 1971 and had approximately 75 participants in that inaugural year (I was one of those kids). We now have hundreds of kids who play each year, and would like this to continue to grow. With growth comes great challenges and your local little league organization needs your help. We are asking you to consider a donation in the form of advertising to help us financially manage the requirements of our organization.
Your advertising/sponsorship dollars will be used in the following manner;
- Provide scholarships to those kids who want to play, but can't afford the registration fees,
- Help offset the yearly cost of uniforms and other equipment necessary to run our program,
- Establish a yearly source of funds to continually improve our facilities, for example, new fields in Preston.
